Spa Guidelines

No phones or recording devices are permitted inside the spa area.

This is a silent space for the benefit of every guests’ experience, except in our Zen Community Room, where talking and vocal reflection is invited.

Guests must shower with soap before and between entering the pools, saunas and relaxation spaces.

To maintain a serene, tranquil space, our member spa is for guests of 18 years and above.

Be sure to know your own limits. Do not push yourself beyond comfort in the hot or cold zones.

Please do not wear perfume or scents for the benefit of all guests.

This is a silent, slow-paced, gentle space for immersive experiences. Please respect the experience of all guests.

We astutely adhere to all AHS guidelines. Required rules are posted in the main spa area.

No outdoor footwear is permitted beyond the front doors. After leaving your footwear in the boot room, we provide cozy sandals for your comfort.

Guests who have consumed alcohol or drugs are not permitted.

Guests are encouraged to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout their visit to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all.

For the safety of all guests, we cannot admit anyone with a communicable disease.
